System features

▶With infrared detection function can be real-time detection of mold section slag, real-time replenishment, effectively prevent the slag uneven;
▶A laser detection system is provided to detect whether someone has mistakenly entered the robot's movable range and shut down the alarm to ensure the personal safety of the operator;
▶The setting of the manual operation mode can cope with occasional events such as network abnormalities and is highly adaptable.
Main functions of the system
The system uses the flexibility of the robot to drive the slag feeding device, combined with the servo can accurately control the amount of slag added, and cooperate with the covering protective slag storage bin (storage, heating, no material alarm and other functions) to realize the functions of automatic slag addition and uniform distribution, so as to achieve efficient and automatic completion of the whole continuous casting machine billet pouring process of the covering protective slag addition, the system can automatically adjust the amount of slag added with powdery protective slag layer, sintered molten layer and liquid protective layer.
