The dynamic load management system of transmission line is used to solve the problems such as limited load capacity of transmission line and difficult to meet the demand of load growth, and to improve the operation level and load capacity of the line without changing the existing network structure and without affecting the thermal stability of the line.
The system includes a line integrated on-line monitoring device and a central master station. The device is mounted and operated on the line, which can collect the line operating conditions (including power and non-power data) in real time, integrate edge computing functions, calculate and analyze the line operating status locally, and automatically upload the data to the central master station through the Internet of Things. The main station carries out high temperature early warning based on real-time data, and evaluates the line safe operation ampacity and safe operation time. In order to solve the problem of transmission channel load congestion, it provides real-time, dynamic and quantitative expert system technical data support, realizes the fine and intelligent management of transmission line operation load, and ensures the safe and stable operation of the line.
Main functions
1) Condition monitoring: real-time monitoring of line running current, conductor temperature, ambient temperature, sunshine intensity, equivalent wind speed, etc.
2) Evaluation of transmission capacity: draw the real-time transmission capacity curve of the line, and give the safe operation time of the line (or section) under the current working condition, the maximum safe operation time under the set current limit, and the maximum transmission capacity under the set time.
3) Operation risk control: A variety of methods to avoid the risk of capacity increase operation or N-1 operation, including giving data such as the current limit for 30 minutes of safe operation according to the most stringent conditions, the safe operation time of a given current limit, the current limit for a given meteorological condition, etc., real-time tracking of the wire temperature under capacity increase or N-1 conditions and early warning.
4) Abnormal alarm: wire temperature rise, load overrun, safe operation time overrun and other alarms.
5) Key point temperature measurement (optional): real-time monitoring of the temperature of hot spots prone to transmission lines (tension clamps, wire connection tubes, etc.) to achieve temperature classification early warning and intelligent defect identification.

1) It is suitable for overhead insulated conductors with voltage level of 35kV ~ 1000kV;
2) Inductive power: working current range 20A ~ 1500A (single wire);
3) Support multi-protocol data upload, meet the I1 protocol upload of the State Grid "Technical Specification for Transmission Line Condition Monitoring Devices", and support encryption platform access authentication;
4) The system can improve the annual average load capacity of the line by 15% ~ 30% (5% ~ 15% in extreme weather).
