The distribution transformer load intelligent monitoring and anti-burning early warning management system is suitable for the operation monitoring of distribution transformers. Through real-time monitoring of the distribution transformer operating parameters and the ambient temperature, the hot spot temperature of the distribution transformer winding under the current operating conditions is calculated, and the temperature rise classification early warning information is provided to prevent the distribution transformer from burning out and provide guarantee for the safe and reliable operation of the distribution transformer.
The system includes a monitoring terminal and a background master station. The monitoring terminal obtains the ambient temperature and top oil temperature of the distribution transformer in real time through the temperature sensor, collects the operating current, voltage and other information through information interaction with the smart meter or power distribution terminal, and uploads the monitoring data to the background master station through the Internet of Things. Based on the statistical analysis function of big data, the background master station realizes the temperature information monitoring, temperature rise classification early warning, load monitoring analysis and power quality analysis of the distribution transformer, and fully controls the operation state of the distribution transformer.
Main functions
• Operation status monitoring of distribution transformer
Automatically obtain the current operating load data (three-phase voltage, current and load rate data) of the distribution transformer from the intelligent distribution transformer terminal, and obtain the ambient temperature and top oil temperature of the distribution transformer through the temperature sensor, so as to realize the temperature information monitoring, load monitoring analysis and power quality analysis of the distribution transformer.
• Temperature monitoring of wiring pile head of distribution transformer (optional)
Passive wireless temperature sensors are installed at key points such as the terminal head of the distribution transformer to monitor and warn the temperature rise changes at key points in real time.
• Thermal field analysis
Based on the monitoring information and the thermal circuit model algorithm, the winding temperature of each phase of the distribution transformer and the winding hot spot temperature are calculated and displayed.
• Real-time warning
Abnormal weather warning, temperature-load coordinated warning, joint temperature classification warning, effectively prevent the distribution transformer from overheating and burning.

1) Applicable to oil-immersed distribution transformers such as special transformers, public transformers, small hydropower, agricultural integration and residential areas for heavy load and overload operation;
2) Based on the thermal circuit model algorithm, the hot spot temperature of each phase winding on the high and low voltage side of each phase of the distribution transformer can be accurately calculated to ensure that the hot spot temperature of the winding does not exceed the specification limit, and to prevent the distribution transformer from being burned due to overheating to the greatest extent;
3) Easy installation, high reliability, the maximum power consumption of the whole machine is ≤ 5W.
