System features
▶Communication with the production system, automatically receive user production data, without manual intervention, the whole process of automatic sampling temperature;
▶The supporting position detection system can accurately detect the position deviation of the furnace mouth and realize the dynamic following control of the position of the temperature measuring gun;
▶Establish the intelligent control of the silo, realize the automatic clamping and removal of the probe of the temperature measuring gun, the automatic storage of various probes, and the alarm function of insufficient number of probes in the storage box;
▶According to the clearance data of the-grade ladle, the mathematical model of the probe depth of the temperature measuring gun is established to realize the precise position control of the temperature measuring gun.
Main functions of the system
The system adopts seven-axis robot technology, adopts horizontal walking mechanism, combines automatic feeding system equipment and advanced control concept, makes full use of the flexibility of the robot to drive the temperature measuring and sampling gun rod, realizes the multi-station coordinated action of the robot, and cooperates with the automatic silo system to realize the functions of probe storage, automatic blanking, automatic removal, optimal storage, etc., so as to achieve the purpose of completing the whole temperature measuring and sampling process efficiently and fully automatically.
