Main functions of the system
The system takes PLC as the control core, the spraying system cabinet as the end actuator, the robot controls the action trajectory, uses the spraying system cabinet, detection sensors, PLC controller and industrial control computer to build the robot spray system control platform, through the establishment of the parameterized model of the spray system to give the conversion algorithm of spatial coordinates to robot coordinates, and establishes the character trajectory planning model library, the two basic functions of target positioning and robot spray number control are realized, which can greatly improve the automation level of the production line, and can accurately determine the position of the workpiece, the spray number speed is fast, and the spray printing information is accurate.
