HND-100 Motor Intelligent Diagnostic Instrument is a cost-effective, portable and easy-to-use motor health management and predictive maintenance support system specially designed for industrial field applications and operation and maintenance electrical engineers. The products are mainly aimed at industrial enterprise customers, providing customers with motor running status diagnosis and potential fault warning information, so as to evaluate the working performance and fault trend of the motor, help customers effectively avoid the high loss of production due to sudden motor failure, and realize the value of predictive maintenance.
The motor fault diagnosis and health management software only needs 10 seconds of voltage and current signals to carry out systematic and comprehensive diagnosis of the motor and automatically generate diagnostic reports. It can cover the rotor, stator, air gap of the motor body, power quality, harmonics, power, three-phase balance, and analysis of bearings and driven machinery such as fans, pumps, belts, gearboxes and reciprocating machines.
